Homemade Ginger Shot Recipe

The Ginger Shot Recipe: 

You will need:

  • 40g freshly cut ginger. 
  • 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice 
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper 
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 150ml Coconut water 

How to make it: 

  1. Wash and scrub the ginger throughly until clean. 
  2. Cut the ginger into chunks but leave the skin on. 
  3. Add the ginger, lemon juice, coconut water and cayenne pepper to the blender. 
  4. Blitz until smooth. 
  5. Add contents to the sieve and strain into a cup. 
  6. Separate into shot glasses. 30ml roughly. 
  7. Take the shot!

You can store these shots for up to 5 days in the fridge as long as it is in a sealed container.
