Designed for aspiring and new face models who want to learn, grow and build confidence while gaining clarity on where to start in the modelling industry.

Model Mindset: Becoming Her is a space for developing self-belief, understanding how the industry actually works, and feeling more confident in yourself, both on and off camera. It is for those who want a better idea on where to begin and how to move forward. This workshop explores confidence, mindset and self-trust. From learning to move and pose naturally, to navigating rejection and comparison. The focus is on growth and developing a solid foundation within the industry.

Workshop Details:

Saturday 21st March 2026 || 11AM – 1PM GMT || Live on Zoom || Led by Asha Rakha – international model with real industry experience

What we’ll explore:

• Understanding the modelling industry, including agencies and freelancing
• Developing the right mindset at the early stages of your modelling journey
• Posing and expression tips for camera confidence
• Goal setting and direction for moving forward
• Building resilience and the ‘Model Mindset’

The session includes:

• A live online workshop hosted on Zoom
• Guided exercises and moments for reflection
• A dedicated Q&A session
• Practical insights and advice drawn from real industry experience
• A replay available after the session along with a digital reflection resource to support your mindset and ongoing growth

A few things to know:

• This is an educational workshop, created to share insight and guidance – it is not a casting or scouting session
• This workshop is designed for aspiring and new face models in mind, though anyone at the early stages of their journey is welcome
• The session is interactive, and participants are expected to have their cameras on to support discussion and connection throughout the session
• There will be a time for open discussion and questions throughout
