After so many requests, I’m finally bringing Model Mindset to Manchester! And considering this is where my own modelling journey began, it only feels right to bring it back to where it all started.

Join international model and Model Mindset® founder Asha Rakha for an exclusive, four-hour, in-person workshop designed to help you navigate the world of modelling with confidence, clarity, knowledge and direction.

From perfecting your technique to understanding the business behind the industry, this interactive experience is designed to help you take the next step in your modelling career, wherever you are in your journey.

Maybe you’re a signed model with big ambitions but struggling to secure consistent bookings. Perhaps you’re working freelance and want to attract better clients, negotiate your rates and create more opportunities. Or maybe you’re just starting out and have no idea where to begin.

After eight years of working in the modelling industry, I’ve experienced the exciting moments, the rejection, the quiet periods and everything in between. And if there’s one thing I’ve learnt, it’s that building a modelling career takes so much more than just looking the part.

This workshop is everything I wish I’d known when I first started.

MINDSET & CONFIDENCE

Let’s talk about the side of modelling that isn’t always seen. The rejection, the comparison, the self-doubt and those quieter periods when you start questioning whether you’re good enough.

We’ll explore how to build genuine confidence, develop resilience, overcome limiting beliefs and stop allowing setbacks to determine your next move.

CATWALK & POSING

Time to put everything into practice! We’ll work on refining your walk, posing, movement and expressions through interactive exercises designed to help you feel more comfortable and confident.

Because nobody wants to walk into a casting room and suddenly forget how to walk!

CASTINGS & AGENCIES

What actually makes a model stand out in a casting? How do you make a strong first impression? And what are agencies and clients really looking for?

We’ll break down casting techniques, preparation, presentation and agency representation, helping you understand how to approach opportunities with greater confidence and professionalism.

CAREER STRATEGY & GOAL SETTING

A modelling career doesn’t build itself.

We’ll look at how to develop your portfolio, approach agencies, create opportunities during quieter periods and understand the business behind modelling.

You’ll also work on identifying your goals, recognising what’s holding you back and creating an actionable plan to move towards the career you want.

PERSONALISED FEEDBACK & GUIDANCE

This isn’t a workshop where you simply sit and listen.

Expect hands-on exercises, honest industry insight, individual feedback and the opportunity to ask the questions you’ve always wanted answered.

All in a supportive, small-group environment, guided by someone who has spent eight years navigating the industry and continues to work as an international model today.

Investment: £100

You can choose to pay in full or secure your place with a £40 deposit, with the remaining £60 due by 28th November 2026.
