When I first started modelling, there was so much I wish someone had told me.
Founded by model, author and mentor Asha Rakha, Model Mindset was created to share the advice, experiences and lessons I’ve learned throughout my own journey. Whether you’re taking your very first steps into the industry or already building your career, Model Mindset is designed to support you wherever you are in your journey.
My goal is to help people believe in themselves, recognise their worth and feel confident enough to pursue the dreams they have for their lives. Life will always come with challenges, self-doubt and a ton of distractions, but I hope Model Mindset helps people build the self-belief, resilience and perspective needed to navigate them in the most positive way possible. Not just within modelling but in all aspects of life.
